Frequently asked question

You can simply subscribe to our monthly box and wait for it to deliver! Most of our boxes will ship out during the last week of each month.

Our price term is $39.99 + FREE shipping to all 50 States and US territories.

Due to the hygienic nature of the items, returns are not accepted. We offer an exchange of damaged or defective items only. Please email us a picture of the damaged or defective item at hello@cottolove.com

Subscription will renew every 14th for your following months’ box. Sign up by the last day of each month to receive that month’s box.

YES, you may cancel at any time before your renewal date. Unless canceled, we will auto-renew your subscription on the 14th of each month. You can also skip a month if you will be away, or reroute your box- just send us an email at support@cottolove.com and we’ll gladly make the accommodation. 

Shipping is FREE!!!

Your order will be shipped 2-3 days after your order has been placed. Sign up by the last day of each month to receive that month’s box.

Each monthly box will have a retail value of at least $99 and up. We will try to include fun, useful, and unique items each month.  Most items will be highlighting small businesses, but we will also occasionally include well-known brands in your box.

We will be disappointed to see you go, but canceling is as simple as sending us an email to support@cottolove.com. You have until the 10th of each month to cancel. If you cancel on or after the 10th, your account will still be charged and you will be canceled for the following month. No exceptions. Please Note: Requests made via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc will not be accepted for cancellation. You must send us a new and separate email to support@cottolove.com to cancel your account. You will receive a cancellation confirmation to ensure your account is canceled. All other methods are not valid for cancellation.
